Hi,
I´d like to know your opinion on a subject that´s important to me about my weight.
Ok so I weighed myself today on an empty stomach;
height: 158cm, weight: 126 pounds.
according to the calculators on calories per hour:
light frame: 100
normal: 111
heavy frame: 122
so looking at that 126 pounds for my height is more than a heavy frame.
My mother says some extra pounds won´t do you any harm, but I don´t wan´t to feel heavy I want to feel good about my body. I have chunky thighs and cellulite.
How much weight do you think I should lose?
Is 111 pounds the healthiest weight to be for my size?
