Hi all
I'm thinking of joining ww. Can you tell me can you do filling and healthy and pp throughout the week or do you have to stick to one plan for a whole week? Thinking of doing filling and healthy Mon to Fri then pp at weekends to have more flexibility?
Also is tinned mackeral in tomato sauce on filling and healthy and can you have stock cubes free like on sw? Just trying to think of meals
