Hi, no fruit teas allowed as they have hidden sugars in. Zoe xx

Hi , here's some more info from my cambridge book. Other leaf teas are acceptable such as Peppermint or nettle but it is best to avoid herbal teas made from fruits or flowers for example camomile or lemon because labelling does not provide enough data on nutrition and sugar may have been added. Hope this helps Zoe xx
