question about the gym

hey guys!
hope everyone is well =)
Was wondering if anyone could tell me what a healthy amount of times a week to be going to the gym? and for how long each time?

my current gym work out rota is:
1000 steps on a cross trainer at 6/6 which takes me about 7 mins,
2km on a bike, resistance 6,which takes me about 5mins 30 secs,
5 mins at resistance 6 whiich takes about 5-7mins,
i do single arm rows 12 times each arm,
plank on a stability ball for as long as i can x2,
chest presses 15 x2,
shoulder presses, ab curls, ab twists on a stability ball...and 16 lunges with stability ball

i do 40 minutes cardio every day then at on staurdays and sundays i do an extra 20 minutes of weights/resistance

Dont think there is a right or wrong tbh when using common sense obviously going every day for 5 hours wouldn't be good for you. I think your routine is fine have fun! :D xxx
