Question for Cherry Plum

Saw a post of yours today...how do you make the fridge cake please? It sounds lovely.

I mix the choc pack with 4 (!!) sweeteners, coffee and warm water, then microwave for 2 mins, to make a thick choclately fudge cake. Tastes pretty good too! I do like your idea tho!!

Hi Sez,
Half a vanilla pack, half a crumbled nut bar, 1 teaspoon of coffee, small amount of hot water to get a good consistency, leave the water to soak into the nut bar, so its crushed completely, put it in the freezer for an hour, I usually just mix it in a small bowl & leave it in that, you could if you want make it into small shapes or put it in tin foil like the chocolate bar.
The longer its left, the better it is.
It reminds me of chocolate biscuits melted, crushed & cooled.
It is so yummy.
