    i have been occassionally (twice now) having 2 shakes and a low cal chicken or cottage cheese meal,(from ss+ plan) instead of third shake, was gonna have some chicken tonight, im very tearful, still have totm (3rd time this month and day 8) and fed up,
    should i have 3 shakes + meal and do ss+, would this be better, and can i go on and off ss+. xxxx
    thanks for any advice xxx;)

    Yes, SS+ would be better for you. You really must have your 3 shakes. You wont be getting enough nutrients in the meal to make up.

    Blasted TOTM though. Poor you :hug99:

    thanks for getting back to me so quick, i will have chicken with cucumber then my tetra cold, and do ss+ would it hurt to do this the odd day and ss other days or should it be ss+ fully, i dont really want to eat every day, xxx
