Question for the Peeps doing Maintenance after Refeed

just a quickie so wont bore you

im still being careful about what im introducing food wise into the diet and very much still using the paperwork we had regarding refeed and weighed the protein we eat per meal if its not fish (no need to)

my question is, i had some nuts and cheese today and tofu as well in my roll. i have 4oz total when i have bread so split it down into 1oz cheese, 1oz nuts and 2oz tofu...

do you reckon this is right? im still having mostly mixed salads and perhaps one or two meals a week where i have vegetables and as i say, always weigh the protein unless its fish (and im eating a lot now whereas hardly ever pre LT)!

any advice would be great xxxxx

Jeez it sounds so complicated, you are doing great, hope I will adapt. THe food sounds scrummy too!!!

hi thistime..no not complicated really..when i was doing refeed had the paperwork out constantly to check i was doing it right lol but now just weigh protein oh and weigh potatos/pasta or rice if have those :)
