I no a few of u will be aware that im quite worried about the whole lose skin thing at the end of thi, but over the past few nights i have been researching Tummy tucks etc. It appears they r quite hard 2 get on the NHS and they cost anywhere from about £4000 upwards, and as im self employed and take home as little as pos a week (usually max £50-) unfortunatley i couldnt afford 2 go private.

Can anyone share with me there tips and advice for trying to help make sure that there is as little loose skin as possible.

    Thankyou,xxxxx

Really the only way to avoid it is to lose weight slowly, 1-2lb per week, so that the skin has time to catch up, drink plenty of water and exercise. Also you might want to try bio-oil if you have any stretch marks. Good luck x
