I'm not sure if this is a proper link or coincedence i tried googling but nope no help so i thought you lot might be able to help

I'm doing WW very succesfully but if i ever fancy having a cheaky "naughty" food the next day I have an upset stomach

When i had a greasy burger when out with the kids next day upset stomach

I had a pie and chips out (was a naughty meal might not sound it but 14pnts worth so belive me it was lol) next day upset stomach

yesterday it was my cousins birthday and i had a small slice of (very very nice) chocolate cake with a very very high sat fat amount (we talking 10pnts for a very small slice of cake)

    and today upset stomach...

like i said i tried googling and i read eating too much fat too quickly or a high fat diet can but a slice of cake isnt too much fat really

    what do ppl think?

    get the same thing.

    Hi

when i first did WW 10 years ago I was very strict and found like you if had anything with a high fat content it would have that effect.

The high fat content would really give me a bad tum.

Even now today, (again when I am being careful and not eating high fat foods) I know if I eat them will have the same thing.

I cant say if its IBS or gall stones just know from my experience that will get it. Funnily enough when am not deiting and eating anything and everything and my stomach has got used to all manner of foods.... am usually ok!

    xxx

    Thanx for replying

Im sure its not IBS cause I do get it from time to time but i only get a terrible pain

    Thanx

I think it is im quite strict and that cake had an amazingly high fat content so my hubby thinks my body cant digest it properly now

although i can say the cake WAS SO WORTH IT

The same happens me and I think the same..... our stomachs have (believe it or not) got used to not so much fat or huge meals and then every now again we go mad and it cant cope. I have been doing well too and have been quite strict but had a take away after class two weeks ago and felt sick all the next day. As you said tho it was so worth it. Might try it again tomorrow night if I get a good result!
