    Hey everyone,

I'm currently doing the cambridge diet but once i've lost 22lbs i want to go onto weight watchers to lose the remainder as i can't really afford cambridge for too much longer, got a couple of questions if anyone can help me?

1: when iv dropped 22lbs i will weigh 13stone exactly, im 5'9 and was wondering if anyone knows roughly how many points i will be on? as i dont want to go to the meetings, as won't have time

2: if i stick to it 100% and do some exercise too, roughly how long will it take me to drop 3 stone?

be VERY happy if anyone can help me with these questions.

    Thanks!

    Jackie

Half a stone a month is a good healthy aim, its quite achievable and ofcourse any extra is a bonus ;)
