As KD says its not safe!!! You need all your food packs as it is structured to give you your RDA (recommended daily amount) of vitamins and minerals for you body to function correctly.
SS+ is 3 food Packs per day + recommended amount of Protein and veg/Salad
or
SS+ = 4 Food packs per day + Skimmed Milk option.
Please try and stick within this or you could quite possible make yourself ill.
I am asking because I don't want to go into K just yet as christmas is near and don't want to go into fat burning , but I want to cut down so I have enough packs but unsure how to do this by losing weight quick but not into fat burning until after xmas but want to get a good lot of weight off , any ideas guys ?
ok .... well I have CD left ok but don't want to go into K but I need to lose weight before xmas so for now till xmas I want to avoid K so how much food should I add with my CD shakes in a day ? Am i confusing you all ops sorry he he
