question!

    Been trying the calorie counting for about a week now, but struggling already, was thinking of trying weight watchers again, should i carry on? (maybe just a bad few days) or do others swap about till they find a diet they are happy with? :confused:

    Hi,
    I guess everyone has to find a way of eating healthier/loosing weight their own way. Hence the reason there are so many different forums on this website!
    I enjoy calorie counting because to me it doesn't feel as if I am on a diet - I can eat whatever I want as long as I don't go over my daily/weekly calories.
    The first few days of any 'diet' are always the hardest - getting used to new eating habits, less food etc. How many calories are you on per day? You could up your allowance by exercising more if that's the problem?

    Thanks, i'm on 1450 a day but not been excercising much so just got myself an excercise bike for indoors and i have a wii fit (was thinking of getting the ae sports i think its called) and plan to going swimming once a week to
