Haven't posted in a while as i've been off diet, due to blood tests etc. anyways.. my question is,

I have started and stopped diets so many times, i have a lot of extra shakes and i was wondering if i could use these up as i'm also short on money!

It would mean mixing and matching?

I have 3 days cambridge diet, 4 days lipotrim and 4 days new you shakes?

I dont think there is going to be a simple answer but if it was me i would use them up but keep the ones till last that u are going to continue with if that makes sense i.e. if u are going to continue with lipotrim then use the spare lipotrim after using all the others and good luck :)

Look, some people will tell you that each of these diets is nutritionally balanced and mixing them up is not a good idea. They are right of course. However, you only have a few days of each so just go for it and use them up.

Why not save them until maintenance? They won't be wasted and you can use them as and when you need them then.
