I went to re-join slimming world last night. I got the new book but cannot find anything on free on green bachelors pasta and sauces. I've also been on lifeline online but cannot find anything on this either. Could someone point me in the right direction if I am missing it or pm me the details. It says pasta and sauce made up is 2.5 sins but is this with the milk and marg? or do I skip the marg and use milk from healthy extra.
I was certain some soups were free too.

If you make them up with water and no butter then they are free except for the following varieties.

    Carbonara, - ½ syn,
    Cheese, leek & ham - 1 syn
    Macaroni cheese - 1 syn

These are syn values for green days - red would be a lot more obviously

    Re: Batchelors nutritional values

    Hi

Just noticed that maybe you've had some difficulties searching for information about "bachelors" (unmarried men? ;)) rather than Batchelors(the food manufacturers):
    Maybe this link will help?
