Quick debate on Lunches!

    So, Hi guys, thought I'd ask opinions on Lunches.

    I'm one of those people that when busy at work during the day has no problem eating the same thing day in and day out. Its easy, and I know it works fine and I'm too busy to be bothered over variety, thats what my evening meals are for!!

    However I have a question and would like some opinions.

    What do you guys feel is better to have, A Meal that is Mostly FREE (Batchelors Pasta Pot, Muller Lights and a piece of fruit) or a SUPER FREE Salad with up to 3 Syns on it? (syns coming from a little salad cream and sweet pickle).

    Both fill me fine however I have been wondering recently after swapping from the first option to the second option whether this is actually better for me or worse. Free v Super Free with a few Syns.

    Opinions?!

    Either would be fine, but, if I was going with option 1 I'd add a bit more superfree (personally)
    Maybe do alternate days or have salad with syns when that fits in with your daily planned syns

    Lol.. Planned Syns.. Each and every week I sit at group and listen to most of the group go on about how they plan everything all the time and know exactly what they are having and doing.. yet I cant generally plan a day in advance!! haha let alone a whole week or my Syns or meals! I'm terrible at it

    Well, I normally choose that day what I'm having, and generally my meals are syn free, and I drink my syns lol
    But seriously, I decide if I'm doing red, green or EE that morning, if I'm not sure I'll eat neutral food for breakfast and lunch with loads of superfree, then choose when I get home
    I'm also careful at making sure that 95% of the food in the cupboard/fridge is syn free

    I would have the free food option as a salad would never fill me up and in this weather who wants to eat a salad anyway lol xx

    I think sometimes that SW is simply another name for AA ;) I dont mind the salad and usually have chicken with it to ensure I'm full.

    I stick with EE all the time, It's hard enough following the one at times without swapping! haha
