bad mummy, no chips, evil chips grrrrrrrrr:break_diet:. lol seriously you know why your doing this and it will all be worth it, how bad do you want to be slim, do you really need chips, are they going to help you achieve what you want? no so tell them to go spin!

seriously tho, keep focused on why you want to be slim. read a magazine, go stand outside in the cold...do anything to take your mind off those chips. even stick cotton wool in your ears so you cant hear them singing at you!

CHIPS...LIPS...HIPS...BAD!!!!!

COME ON!! Think about the decision you made to start this. Why did you start it? How have you been feeling about yourself? How will you feel if you have some chips? The hunger passes -please dont cave...water water water and in a few days the clouds will break I promise!!

Chips will still be there when you are at goal....but you won't be at goal if you don't leave the chips alone xx

Good advice there! I have to remind myself there will still be food on the planet in a few mths time! Ready for my better state of mind!

Thank u so much to everyone who replied to my message. U guyz did stop me having the evil chips. All my daughters leftovers were binned... Im sure im not that desperate to go there. :)
