quick help needed!

Am going to nip to morrisons in a bit, cant be bothered cooking and wondered if anyone had any syn free things or low in syn things i could get! I cant be arsed cooking tonight!

Dont like the quorn sausages plain but they are lovely cooked in gravy!

i quite like the quorn sausages, but i have to have a bit of tomato sauce with them - otherwise they are a bit bland for me.
