Quick question about healthy extra's

I'm still relatively new to all of this and after looking at my food optimising book, I can't seem to find the answer...

Basically I want to attempt to make a low syn chocolate torte but I'm not sure if I could count ground almonds as a healthy extra or not. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how much counts as a healthy extra?

It's fairly low syn without the almonds as a healthy extra but it would be great to make it even lower.

Unless I'm going mad I can only find nuts as a HeB on a green day. It says 10 almonds shelled and whole or 2 dsp of flaked almonds.
