quick question from a newbie

Hi every1 im a newbie jus started 2day and my friend rings and arranges a brekkie 2morrow morn after the school run, i dnt wanna say no and chose ww as u can still av a social life around food as long as u point it soooo we normally go to morrisons or sainsburys, does any1 know the points values of their breakfasts?? thanks in advance x

If you go to morrisons cafe you could always choose the flying start breakfast which is going to be lower in.points then a full size breakfast . Im not sure of the points as i can't remember if there is 1 sausage 1 bacon a fresh tom 1 egg and half a slice of toast but id point it at 9 pp .
