hi just a quick question is bacon still free if u cook it in a frying pan with fry light ?

Yep it's free on red/extra easy, make sure you remove all the fat from the bacon though

you can get fat removed bacon in the healthy section of most supermarkets....its more expensive, but saves you having to be angelic and throw the fat away!!! lol! x

Weight watchers bacon is lovely, the fat is mostly removed and tastes good!

I just buy the cheapest bacon I can find + chop off the fat, the WW stuff is far too expensive!

I use gammon rounds in stead of bacon.

Cheap bacon

£7 per kilo

Plus not need to cut the fat off!

Thanks kissme, will look into this! I can get a kilo of bacon for £6 something from Costco usually but I end up buying a lot more than just bacon, so need to stay away from Costco!

Be careful with gammon rounds, as some of them arent free, sue to being pumped with sweetners and some even have cereal in them to make it cheaper.

i think it tastes better fried with fry light and usually put tin mushrooms in with it as well mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm lol

We have a gammon round every now and then (on green days, granted) and it costs is a HEb AND 4 syns!!

PLUS another 6 syns for another half of one hehe cos they are Sooooo nice
