    I was diagnosed with PCOS around 3 years ago and I was just wondering what the best diet plan would be in order to shift the excess weight

    Hi Tanya

    I too have pcos and have had it for 15 years now, I have tried every diet going and each and everyone failed

    But im now doing the Cambridge Diet and it works really well for me.

    Agreed. I have PCOS, weight watchers et al don't work, Cambridge Diet all the way.
