Yes we can save 4 points a day I do it for special occassions but I find my weighins are less as I also weigh Mondays if I have all the extra points on sat or sun x

I have 23 points a day and dont seem to be able to eat them all!! I have about 6 at least left most days.

I dont intend on using all extra 20 at weekends, but its nice to know they are there as weekends are more unpredictable!!x

Yeah I used to find when I saved points and used them over the weekend that I would weigh more on Mondays or at my weigh in on a Tuesday. Maybe use 8 of them and hopefully you will weigh lighter.
