Check the carb count on them, they vary greatly.

Aye, the cheaper the price the higher the carb count I've found like!

Saying that though, shop around...or maybe look into making your own?

Burgers seem pretty easy and freeze well :)

Low carb burgers aye, quarter pounders.... 0.5 per burger....tis on the low carb contest thread...as eaten by me...a whole pack at a time haha!

Icelands do a carb free one too, the pack of 10 100% beef burgers :)

Yeah they are OK, I cook up all 10 and leave then in the fridge to nibble on.

Big als rock!! Love them!! Aldi and lidl do very low carb ones aswell. I think mattersons sausages are extremely low as well, but yet to find them over here. Think i've moaned about that before. Maybe we should set up an Irish low carb contest so as all of us over here can have a list of things available here???

Buy the mince and make your own. Patty them together with cheese in the middle mm

Must look out for frozen burgers - I never think of those and they would be handy for an emergency. There's an iceland and a lidl within shopping distance for me. :)

ww i always have loads in. the asda chilli burgers and the aldi burgers with stilton in are low :)
