Your brave saying that on here!!! The idea with a flexible syn day is not that you've saved your syns it's that you set out how many syns your going to have e.g a curry and wine you have them then eat no more syns that day even if you've eaten 60 syns. The next day you continue as normal on your 5-15. The mentality is that it keeps you in control of your eating and helps you keep on track. This does mean however you have to prepare yourself that you may not lose that week. Hope that makes sense
