Hi all!
Hope you are all well
I'm back and raring to go. Getting married in approx. 3 months so what futher incentive do i need??? :)
Going back to CDC tonight, but was just wondering on what the deal was with exercise? Last time when i did some exercise i lost zero, but really want to go as have a fab new program that I want to try out.
Hope to be doing 790 to lose 1. 5 stone in 3 months

Hi and Welcome back, just so you know there is no 790 plan anymore but sole source, sole source plus for BMI 25 and over and an 810 plan for a BMI 25 and under. I wouldn't overdo the excercise but if you are used to doing it you should be ok with just slightly less.

As you are close to BMI 25 i would say 810 would be good for you especially if you are exercising too. As for exercise its a personal choice thing really, if you are doing lots of exercise at the moment then see how you get on at your current level, but if you find you are struggling maybe drop it down a level until you feel you can increase it again and possibly go more for weight bearing type exercise than cardio stuff which will burn up your calories quickly and 810 bein low calorie possibly leaving you drained.
Your CDC probably knows you better and will advise of what's best for you.
