quick syn question

    just looked on syns online and asda good for you onion and chive cottage cheese is free per 100g well is it still free if i have the full tub which is 300g

    If it's free for 100g then it's free for 200, 300, 500 or whatever. By the way we have a special sub-forum where you can post syn value questions. You'll find it at the top of the main board.

    If a food is free, it's free regardless of how much or how little you eat!
