It freaks me out. Dunno why, it just looks weird.

Sorry, not much help there. Just thought I'd share my weird! :D
I use it to make Tabbouleh:

  • 500ml water
  • 175g quinoa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 bunches spring onions, diced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 60g fresh parsley, chopped
leave it in the fridge to let the flavours mix .. it's yummy :D
