    Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around much but I've really struggled to stick to plan. I've been lurking now and again and appreciate the messages of support you've all sent me, they have helped.

Anyway, the long and the short of it is, I think I'm too familiar with the WW plan and am having real difficulties sticking to it so I 've decided to give Slimming world a go.

My OH is looking to lose some weight (about 1.5 stones) and I know he wouldn't be bothered counting points etc whereas he can pretty much eat what he wants on SW, and the idea of red days seem to be really appealing. The other thing was, it was actually cheaper for me to join SW than it was to go back to weight watchers.

I will be still about now and again on the boards and keeping an eye on your journeys.

    All the best,
    Edel.
