I got these tonight in Tesco. They are new so arent in the Food Directory.
Would any of you lovely lovely kind people be able to check for me if they are Free or if they have syns.?

Not seen them before! If they're just plain quorn, then they're probably free....

Per 100g - 155 cals, 11g carbs, 13g protein, 6.5g fat, 0.8g saturated fat.

LOL.....Quorn sausages are a difficult food to get used to as they don't have the texture of a 'real' sausage at all, bit of an acquired taste I think.....

can't you do something with them? spray them with fry light and a little bit of HP bbq sauce (2syns tbsp) and microwave them for 30seconds? i want to find them now just to see!

Mind you I like odd things, like fish fingers and gravy - ah wow I haven't had that in ages, do you know how many syns are in a fish finger on green? Sounds like a good lunch to have with my tonsillitis
