Yes they're free. But a bit expensive for what you get. I'm going to try making my own using quorn fillets and some seasoning.

i just bought some half price in sainsberrys needed using today i tasted them out the packet and wasnt keen so chopped them up small and put them in a slimming world quiche mmmmmmmmmmmm
