Quorn fillets in tomato
Serves 2
Points per serving: 2
Ingredients
½ onion - diced
1 carrot – peeled / scrubbed & diced
1 red pepper – deseeded & cut into strips
Handful of mushrooms quartered
4 x quorn fillets
Schwartz for Sausages Classic Casserole Mix
Passata (to taste)
Mix the veg up, once prepared, and lay in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Lay your 4 Quorn fillets (frozen) on top of the veg.
Make up the packet mix & add the passata.
Pour the sauce over Quorn fillets & veg. Pop in a pre-heated oven (200C) for about an hour
