Hi! Does anyone know the propoints value for the new Low Fat version of quorn sausages?
The NVs per 100g are: Protein 13.6
Carbs 10.5
Fat 2.7
Fibre 3.2
75g per sausage

1=2pp (Same as normal Quorn Sausage)
2=3pp
3=5pp (Same as normal Quorn Sausage)

You get 50g with LF as opposed to 42g with Normal but tbh I don't think 8g will make a lot of difference! Plus u get 2 extra in a Normal Pack for the same money.
