Quorn sausages

Quick question- are quorn sausages speed foods? I know the mince and pieces are but wasn't sure about the sausages...

I think all Quorn is a speed food isn't it? Someone more knowledgeable than me might correct me though.

All the syn free quorn that is, obviously higher syn things like the scotch eggs, breaded escalopes etc aren't.
