Did I read somewhere that quorn is not free food, or are my eyes teasing me.

Some of the quorn sausages are no longer free. I think everything else is, but I don't really eat it so someone else will be better qualified to answer

quorn fillets, peices and mince definately free, the sauages are now at least a syn each, but only on the ones in the packaging that says "best ever" or "now tastier" ... ive been looking around iceland,aldi,lidl,netto,farmfoods etc for the original ones that are still synfree and these stores dont have as much stock to rotate as much as the bigger supermarkets.

Is Quorn free on all days EE, red and green?

There is a great quorn chilli recipe in October's SW magazine - nice and tasty and easy to make. I will post it on the recipe thread later once I've found my mag! Its syn free
