Race for Life

Hi all,

I am currently in my 3rd week of SS and i am doing a race for life in a couple of weeks time. It has been planned for months way before i decided to start cd.

I am currently on 3 cd's, just started bars yesterday. My concern is energy..ie will i have enough to complete it lol! I am doing it with my mum and we walk quickly, no running! I must admit i have not felt the great sense of energy and well being that ketosis is meant to bring, although i have all the side effects such as dry mouth etc.

Is any one else got a R for L coming up? I wouldn't want o not do it but i guess i should just take it easy, hopefully it won't be too hot!
