So I started back at RC properly yesterday. Just kind of cheated today, not really cooked for myself. Will do better tomorrow!

Tuesday 3rd may 2011

Breakfast.
Porridge and semi skimmed milk 208

Lunch
WW carrot and lentil soup (was surprisingly nice!) 87
Banana 100

Snack
5 maltesers
1/2 packet of melon and grapes 45

Tea
WW chicken tikka masala 344

I feel ravenous today, will have a hot chocolate and a biscuit me thinks :) 85

Total About 1000 ish. :)
 
I'm not the best at doing new meals but I'll try be more adventurous. Lol

Wednesday 4th may

Feel so rubbish today, this diet is harder to get back into than I thought it would be. I think I need to entertain myself more, maybe get out and about a bit more idk

Didnt have colslaw as it looked a bit iffy! So chucked it away.

Did a good half hour bike ride and although it was a killer while i was doing it, i actually feel quite good now and i dont feel at all hungry yay!

Is it because you are hungry?

I find adding a ton of veg to each meal helps (like the 2/3 superfree on success express SW) Also buying low cal/fat ready meals when i cant be bothered to cook and adding loadsa veg to it.

Also a pint of water/squash before each meal.

Keep at it girl - think of that loss at the end of the week - thats motivation for the next week! xx
 
i think so yeah, i eat so much high sugar stuff i think im kind of having withdrawal symptoms. Does that make sense?

Just ordered the kids a take a way pizza and chips because they have friends over and I don't have enough in the freezer to feed them all. This is going to be so hard!! Eeeeeeek


Managed to refrain from the pizza!

I know I didn't eat enough today, hubby p****d me off and I just was to mad to eat anymore. :-(

Went out on my bike for about half hour or so.

Tea.
Ww lasagne
Lots of salad. Cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion and raw mushrooms.

Legs bums and tums exercise class and it was a killer!

Went on an 8 mile bike ride with my little girl, was lovely getting out in the fresh air.

Really really struggled today, done no exercise and eaten loads. Started to consider exante diet maybe, but idk ATM.
