So I started back at RC properly yesterday. Just kind of cheated today, not really cooked for myself. Will do better tomorrow!

Breakfast.
Porridge and semi skimmed milk 208
Lunch
WW carrot and lentil soup (was surprisingly nice!) 87
Banana 100
Snack
5 maltesers
1/2 packet of melon and grapes 45
Tea
WW chicken tikka masala 344
I feel ravenous today, will have a hot chocolate and a biscuit me thinks
