Hi Maria - I think we've all had the "carb withdrawal" and our body adjusting to the new diet headache, it's not nice but it does pass in a day or so and you will feel much better - promise x

I'm the world's worst for weighing myself at least once a day and it can either have you on top of the world or really low, so I've now agreed with myself to only weigh myself on a Monday morning! If you leave the scales aside for now and weigh youself after one week on the diet, you will have lost weight - please don't be disheartened, your body is probably just adjusting x
