Rainbow's food diary- Aiming to be in the normal BMI

Ah last week i made a post but my laptop died on me before i hit the submit button. Ah well a week has gone by and I totally screwed up my intake by eating chocolates and crisps.

Anyways that is the past. I'm restarting my atkins today. I will be more active here and hope to stay on track and focused on eating only what is allowed.

Oh gosh i've been blabbering on without an introduction. Hi everyone! :) I'm 24 y.o, 5ft 3 and currently 143.4lbs (65.2kg) sorry i tend to think my weight in kilograms as it looks like i weight less.. i know i'm so indenial with me being heavy.. anyways with that weight i have a BMI of 25.5. I'm asian so my BMI should infact be between the 18-23 range for normal.

My heighest weight ever was 171.6lbs (78kg)
Begining of 2010 my weight went down between 134lbs (61kg) however having an abdominal operation and in recovery made me gain weight and it crept up back to 149.6 (68kg). In August 2010 i discovered Atkins and for 2 weeks did strict induction which got down my weight to 132lbs (60kg).

But exams, stress and a lot of comfort eating later made me gain all the weight back.. i was back on eating a lot of carbs high sugar food, fast food and on 1st Jan 2011 i peaked the scale at 154lbs (70kg). I don't want to be like this.. living like this.. So here i am now trying to stick to atkins and its way of living of low carb and no sugar.

Today was so hard! i went lunch out with my friends and we ate at this burger joint.. i had a bunless burger which was nyum but they were having chocolate sundaes!! I will be strong i will be strong!

B. 2 fried eggs
L. bunless burger + coleslaw + chicken wings
D. TBA prolly green tea and some cauli cheese with some boiled egg..

Hi rb - well done being strong on the choccie sundays - must have been tough!

Be careful on coleslaw - unless its home made they often stick sugar in

Can you add some more greens?

Keep going - you can and will do it :)
