Good afternoon!
Hope you have all had a good day and been good on the plan... its a bugger isnt it!! Weekends are going to be the worst for me with everyone home.. food is such a large part of family life and I am missing out!
Anyway, day 2 today and feeling ok - also bought a proper blender and enjoying the shakes! *am I mad?*... makes a HUGE difference!.. I have a frozen one in the freezer in the hope I can have 'strawberry icecream' with a movie later on... hmm we shall see if that works or not! Does anyone know if this 'changes' the shake?
I couldnt help but get on the scales this morning.. this is what I do.. as bad as it is I weigh every day, sometimes a few times a day and i cant stop myself! .. I had my first official day yesterday but Thursday I was also 'dieting' and being good so I thought I would see... anyway, it indicates 4lbs off already! I knew some had gone as my belly has shrunk.. its not so bloated.. noticeably different so must be the water I guess... will be fab if that carries on! i am not going to cheat and will be 100% all week! i cant wait for weigh-in...
One thing that has really got my goat is that the other half and kids have been using my new blender to make delicious milkshakes today in all flavours and all of the 'ooohing' and 'aaahing' is driving me mad! Would a slap offend?
Anyway, thats me for today.. OH got the new Saw 3d flick to watch tonight and I will be gagging for m&ms n crisps.. torture!!
have decided that i am going to keep a diary and write down my thoughts n goals to reflect back on when I want to give up - not sure if i should do it on here or on a blog group.. undecided yet - any tips? Also going to take terrible undie shots of before n after, never done this before but figure it must help as I would love to look back and see how bad I looked 6 stone ago!!
Good luck to everyone else tonight too... weekends are all about behaving and not enjoying lovely food it seems! Staying in is the new 'going out'..!! LOL!
