I asked the girl in Starbucks for the NI chart to find out the values for the raspberry and coconut cake and 'per unit' it has the following NI:
Protein: 5.1
Carbs: 50.1
Fat: 33.7
Fibre: 2.5
Which bring it in at 15pp for a slice!! Am I right in assuming that's what 'per unit' means? When I got home I checked the tracker and my book and they're both pointing it at 7pp (says per 57g slice cake which is about right). What do you guys think? It was just a small slice of loaf cake but did seem to have been made with oil rather than butter. But 50g of fat seems ridiculously high.
Does anyone know if the 'per unit' is per slice in Starbucks? 15pp is a whole lotta points for one wee slice of cake
