Hey lovelies, I need some advice from peeps who have raspberry leaf tea please. I bought some from my local pharmacy and the ingredients arenas follows: 48% raspberry leaves, hibiscus, blackberry leaves, 6% natural raspberry flavouring, apple pomade, tartaric acid, rosehips and 1% raspberries. Does this look the same as yours? Are these bags pure enough not to knock me out of ketosis? Thanks! Xxx need some variety with my drinks!

Hi Lola, as far as I am aware you are not allowed to have fruit tea, even though it says leaf tea on the fruits. I wouldn't use it if I were you cos you might be kicked out of ketosis!

I got some Clipper Raspberry Leaf tea from Tesco that contained hibiscus and rosehip, I was unsure so emailed LT and they replied saying not to use it...

I'm confused now :S

Anyhoo, my sister is in her 3rd trimester so she can use it :D
