I'm wondering what you guys think.
I got some hibiscus tea from Starbucks, it's lovely. It arrived last night and I had 2 cups of it.
I'm starting s&s today, and I know the leaflet says no flower or fruit teas. Well I didn't even realise that hibiscus was a flower, but the tin says its a herbal tea.
I went onto slim&save webchat thing and asked the girl there. She spoke to the nutritionist who said it is totally fine to have it. Since then, I just looked at the back of the tin and the ingredients say...
hibiscus flower 37%
cinnamon natural flavour 11%
papaya 11%
apple lemongrass 6%
rosehips and blackberry leaves 3%
mango sugar and rose petals
Do I risk having this or just take it as fine since the nutritionist said so?
