Raspberry yogurt icecream 100 calories per serving

Serves 4

500g 0% fat Greek yogurt
275g frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon icing sugar

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until pink and thick.
Pour into a plastic freezer proof container and freeze till needed.
Remove from the freezer about 20 - 30 mins before needed.

This can also be eaten without the freezing stage just pour into chilled dishes and serve after blending.
