Raw veg in slimming world quiche

Hi there!

I was thinking of making a slimming world quiche tonight, but I can't work out whether I can put the veg in raw or whether I have to cook it first?

I fry the onions and peppers first because I don't like them too crunchy.

Yep I'd cook the veggies first.

thanks for all the advice ladies! I actually chucked the veggies in raw in the end, but chopped them very finely. Tasted lovely too, yummy! xx
