I have bought the eat out and shop books and a calculator off ebay so hopefully they will be here by Friday so i can make a clean start and join you on Monday.

Hiya, that's good you have got your things bought! I was down 5lbs but then i was over points a wee bit by eating out yesterday. I am actually so hungry tonight. x

Hope you don't mind me posting to you, I was nosing around trying to get ideas from ppls food diaries and noticed that you pointed 1/4 pint of semi skimmed milk as 1 point? I used to have 1/4 pint of semi skimmed milk and pointed as 2 and have just switched to skimmed to save a point...wondering if i can go back as the skimmed is like dish water 1! lol

I'm sure one day of being slightly over won't have made a huge difference. I think 5lbs is great. I am really looking forward to my stuff arriving. I post my ebay wins to my mums house as she is more likely to be in than me and she got 2 parcels today so just the shop book to come. Hope it comes by Saturday so I can read up over the weekend and get anything I need in.

Hi, in my book 1/2 pint of semi skimmed is 2 points so i just count 1/4 pint as 1. x
 
Nat not sure if u noticed but we r following the old points system and not pro points which is probably why the point counts are different.

Hey Razzle, I think you are doing brilliantly so far, 5lbs is a terrific first week - well done lady! (and I answered your TGI post too, looks like you over pointed by miles for the chicken strips unless you had two portions ;) )

Veg curry is 7, boiled rice is 6.5 and I reckon chips are perhaps 3.
