Starting today 15/05/16
I decided to keep an online record of what I consume, making it more official in one way, and allowing others to either let me know the errors (when I don't lose) or show me what I can change.
Keeping in mind I do not exercise as I have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis.

You're very good at keeping your syns low! I don't think I've ever had a day as low as 5 :-(

Thank you Heather,
I try where possible to just eat free foods, not that am saving my syns up, but makes me feel good if I do have a bad day, knowing that my weekly total of syns is low.

Being diabetic, means I have not eaten a lot of sweet foods or processed carbs for quite a while, but still it's not easy when the body craves pork scratchings or a Choc digestive or anything with salted caramel.

I'm trying to break a 29 year sugar addiction and I'm struggling I can tell you! If you look at my food diary (128 Days To Be Bikini Ready!)you'll see that my days are very repetitive so any suggestions for free foods I haven't thought of are much appreciated! I just feel full of fruit at the minute!

Every get those days that despite thinking you're doing well, you're really not?
I get new meds this week and though I've been on them for a while, it seems when I pick up the enteric coated ones, I want to eat and eat and eat... no idea why:(

Breakfast
60g wholemeal bagel (6 syns)
20g low low cheddar (HexA)
1 coffee, 1 sweetner, 5 mls milk

Dinner
100g boiled potatoes
pan fried in frylite chicken breast

200g of cauliflower

Snacks
2 tesco healthy bars (3 syns each)
1 go ahead bar (2 syns)
1 tea, 5 mls milk (HexA)

Total syns 11

800ml of water was drunk during the day

Yesterday was one of those days I could have eaten a whole loaf and still ate the rest of my meal.

I have to visit a family member in hospital later today which will involve a lot of walking, so extra meds are needed, going to be a very painful day for a number of reasons, and when I get sore, I want to shut down and eat.

Well, Yesterday turned out much better than I expected.
I did eat well, initially as I thought I'd be out later than normal, and not wanting to fall into the trap of eating out.

I have come to the conclusion that being immobile ( or almost) is definitely hampering my weight loss effort.
On good sunny days, I feel 'looser' and the pain seems less somehow, but on cold, wet windy days, my body shuts down and the best movement I can hope for is, moving about the house, and light housework.

Still, I can only do my best and no more.

I had no HexB today, so not sure if I should carry that over, most probably not.
If I counted my hex(s) and syns over the week I am most likely breaking even.
Had decided this week to have
2 Sp days and drink loads more water, ( I think that is helping a lot) And am going to weigh myself morning & evening just to see if what I eat is being retained,
I know it's a lot of faffing about, but worth a go. Plus this week I have my eldest Grandson staying so should be much more active and hopefully not as sedentary as normal.
