RC Newbie ....................

Hi all, I finally managed to drag myself to RC class last night and was horrified to discover how large I have become.......

I decided to try the Solo Slim pouches today as the soup is on offer in Boots (£1.79)

I had the chunky veg soup for lunch and the three bean casserole for dinner and was very surprised how nice it was ..........

I must admit I have already started to exercise due to getting back ache due to my size and knowing how this really helps weight loss.......


Exercise this week ........

Sun - Badminton singles
Mon - Body Conditioning
Tues - Aerobics
Wed - Zumba
Thurs - RC weigh in and Zumba

Was actually surprised how cheap the weigh in and Zumba is - only £5.95

Hoping to lose 5lbs this week

Hi Good luck with your weight losses, I didnt know you could buy solo slim in boots!! More details please!! Do you know what is available and prices etc.

This part of minimins is generally quiet but i have just restarted and am visiting pretty much daily now so keep us posted on how you are getting on.
