Just had my meal- chicken salad and it was lovely! Still hungry though and want more. I have read that some people cant even finish it or they feel full up. Got a taste for food and want more. I have to be good
Ive done 2 days of re feed now but feel a bit lost with what i can have and how many calories etc....
I have stuck with Lemon Chicken Salad on day 1 then tikka chicken salad on day 2.
I have lost 3/4 of a lb so far this week which im not impressed with after doing 2 weeks of TFR lol
