Was planning on doing it a week because I only did tfr for a week but I have enough sachets for 2 weeks so will probably do it for two not sure yet. How long are you doing it for?

Ive done 2 days of re feed now but feel a bit lost with what i can have and how many calories etc....
I have stuck with Lemon Chicken Salad on day 1 then tikka chicken salad on day 2.
I have lost 3/4 of a lb so far this week which im not impressed with after doing 2 weeks of TFR lol
