i dont know lol i just stuck to the 6oz so hopefully that was ok, it says for day 4 fish u can have any size portion but stick to 6oz of chicken/turkey i had them in wholemeal pitta with lemon,garlic,lf fromage frais,tiny bit of chilli and ginger it was yummy but felt like i was eating way too much lol getting really paranoid now i am eating carbs xxxx
i hope so hun lol it is soooooo scary, i weigh things out then get paranoid thinking that the scales are wrong or that i havent done it properly or something, it is only today that i have felt like this but can feel hunger now wheras before i couldnt, really weird, i even just threw out a fat free yoghurt because it didnt say it was made with skimmed milk and seemed to have high sugar content ! god i am getting paranoid xxxxx
Thank you hun. You started 6 weeks before me but I think it will take me more than another 6 weeks to get where you are! I had hoped to be at goal by my birthday but that is just under 6 weeks away and I think it will take me till the beginning of November at least! No worries, I want to stick with it till I get there! Your journey will keep me on track and inspire me!
